Looking for a reliable and affordable way to rent band and orchestra instruments? Look no further than our rental program! We offer a wide selection of high-quality instruments for students of all levels, with flexible rental options to fit any budget.

How our rental program works:

Most of our rentals are available through our rent-to-own program. That means that you’ll end up owning the instrument after you've made enough payments.
We take the first two months of payment upfront. After that, it is billed month-to-month automatically on a credit or debit card.
Each rental instrument is covered under our comprehensive warranty program that includes instrument and case repairs. If anything happens to the instrument during your rental, bring it in and we'll fix it.

"But what if I want to..."

RETURN	You may RETURN the instrument at any time, and we will stop taking payments out. You will have simply paid to rent the instrument for that length of time.
EXCHANGE	You may EXCHANGE the instrument for another band or orchestra instrument. The credit accrued towards your first instrument can be applied towards the new instrument. Some restrictions apply for this.
PAY OFF	You may PAY OFF your rental at a 30% discounted rate, at any time. For example, if you rent a trumpet for a year and decide you want to commit to purchasing it by making a one-time lump sum payment, we will take 30% off the remaining balance. (If you choose to do an early pay off, your included warranty will expire in one year, or at the end of your original rental agreement date, whichever comes first.)
TRADE IN	You may TRADE IN your rental instrument towards a step-up intermediate or professional instrument. Up to 1 year's worth of credit can be applied. Some restrictions apply for this, please ask a WVMC employee for more information.
SIZE UP	You may SIZE UP your orchestral instruments. Fractional sized instruments (e.g. ½ size violin) may be exchanged to a bigger instrument and your credit will transfer over to a larger instrument. Need help deciding if you need to size up? HERE is our sizing guide.
