Can I manage my account online? |
Yes, it is very simple to setup, it does require creating an account online and calling or emailing us to get it setup. You can either create the account on the website first or call us and we will send you a link to your new online account.

I have a school-owned instrument, does the school pay for repairs? |
If you are bringing a school instrument in for repair please first contact your teacher to make arrangements regarding payment for the repair. If the school is paying for the repair we need to be contacted directly from the school either via email or phone call granting permission to invoice the school for the instrument repair prior to our completing any work on the instrument.

Do you offer financing for purchasing instruments? |
Yes! We offer financing on the purchase of instruments pending approved credit.

Do you buy, trade, or consign? |
We do not generally purchase instruments from the public. We do offer consignment and trade in options.
Consignment: Our consignment fee is 35% no matter how we sell the item meaning you will receive 65% of what we sell the item for when we sell it.
Trade in: Your item is given to us in exchange for store credit toward the purchase of another item. The amount of store credit given is usually between 40-50% of the amount we think we could sell your item for.
